Some users reported about an authentication issue, during which the Launch Pad was not loaded properly.
The Error can be recognized, if there are no categories listed in the left column and there stands no name in the heading.
We know about the problem and try to solve it as soon as possible!
In the meanwhile, there is a little workaround:
1. Open up the Launch Pad in a Pop-Out-window
2. Refresh the Launch Pad inside the Pop-Out
3. Close the Pop-Out and refresh the Launch Pad again.
4. Now it should work
The workaround is also shown in the screenshot below.
